Apply a few drops directly to the scalp 2–3 times a week. Massage gently for a few minutes to stimulate circulation. Leave in overnight or for a few hours before washing out.

I have been using the grow me drops for months upon months now and I have seen such a difference! As an OAP, my hair was visibly starting to thin. I was a bit dubious, but tried Grow Me drops, (having tried and loved the Swim Silk serum) After one treatment hair felt so much better and the shine was back and it is now, after a few treatments ,visibly thicker.
